Made entirely from natural ingredients, it blends frankincense, cedarwood, cypress, magnolia leaf, clary sage, juniper berry, moss, and bamboo charcoal.

Each stick burns for approximately 30 minutes, or can be broken in half for a shorter 15-minute meditation. Light one before meditation, while working, or whenever you want to create a quiet moment to reset.
