Shipping policy

We carefully pack and ship every order to make sure it arrives safely and smoothly.

Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Unless specifically requested, a signature is not required for delivery.

Multiple Shipments

Depending on the items in your order, products may be shipped from multiple locations.

SANTOKU NYC fulfills orders from several warehouses, and items may ship separately depending on brand and availability. As a result, a single order may arrive in multiple packages. In particular, Items from Yamazaki Home and BALMUDA are always shipped separately from other products, as they are fulfilled directly from each brand’s warehouse.

Each shipment will have its own tracking number, which will be sent to you by email once the items have shipped.

There will be no additional shipping charges beyond what was paid at checkout, even if your order is delivered in multiple packages.

Order Processing Time (Before Shipment)

Shipping times listed below refer to transit time after your order has been shipped and do not include order processing time.

Items fulfilled from SANTOKU NYC warehouses (Texas and New York) are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Items from Yamazaki Home and BALMUDA are shipped from each brand’s warehouse and may take approximately one week to ship. Please note that this timing may vary depending on availability and operational conditions.

Processing times may be slightly longer during weekends, holidays, or busy periods such as the holiday season. We always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding.

Estimated Shipping Times (After Shipment)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier conditions, weekends, holidays, or weather.

  • UPS Ground: Up to 5–8 business days (within the 48 contiguous states)
  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days (within the 48 contiguous states)

Shipping costs shown at checkout are calculated based on each carrier’s current rates.

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is generally considered completed.

In rare cases of loss or theft after delivery, claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. While we are unable to take responsibility in these cases, we’re always happy to provide any information you may need to assist with a claim.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. We may ask for photos or additional details to help us review the situation.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, we will contact you to arrange next steps.

Reshipping will require an additional shipping fee, and customers are responsible for any extra shipping costs incurred.
