We ship your order with UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL. Β Unless requested by the customer, we do not require a signature for delivery.Β Β

USPS Priority Mail: 2 - 5 business days (within theΒ 48Β contiguous states)

Please note that delivery times are estimates. Weekend orders, holidays, and inclement weather can cause shipping times to vary.Β 

The Shipping costs appearing in your shopping cart are calculated based on the rates ofΒ each carrier rates.

We are basicallyΒ able toΒ shipΒ to the United States only.Β 

We are not responsible for any shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. The buyer assumesΒ all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.Β Please call the shipping carrier you chose to resolve the matter.Β 

If the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Santoku NYC, we will contact the customer. At that time, the customer can choose to submit payment for to send it to the recipient again.
