Signature Soy Sauce Cruet / Hirota Glass

The Hirota Soy Sauce cruet is truly timeless in its form and functionality. Originally designed in 1976, the Hirota Glass has changed the course of glass soy suace cruets by eliminating most of the leakages to the outside. By tightly rubbing the body of the bottle against the glass stopper, the soy sauce stays under the stopper instead of dripping around the bottom after the pour. Storing the soy sauce in glass keeps it odor-free and sanitary, suitable to hold other condiments like vinegar and cooking oil.
