Hinoki Pine has a very high oil content, making it suitable for products around water. The natural resin contained in Hinoki Pine prevents mold, while also preventing the adsorption of bacteria and odors.
TOSARYU has been making products using thinned lumber and scraps of "Shimanto Hinoki Pine". TOSARYU spends 3 to 6 months for natural drying. That makes it possible to be safe products that do not lose the original function of the tree and that retain the original function of the wood.
