The Hirota Glass Butter Dish is made by one of Japan’s oldest glass manufacturers from Edo-style glass tinted with a hint of pale yellow. The lid, made out of Japanese Cherry Blossom trees, maintans the freshness of the butter by perfectly fitting onto the glass. The lid is completely flat and can be used as a butter tray to cut the butter into approprirate chunks.
